Pumpkin Recipe of the Day: Pumpkin Overnight Oats
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
• 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Put all ingredients in mason jar, stir and cover. Refrigerate overnight. Top with toppings of your choice.
